When to start 12/12Hi people. My plants are on vegetation day 26 and are 8 inches tall. My tent setup can give them room for 15 more inches for a total of 23 inches height from soil to top.

When should I LST and add Nutrients?Wanted to low stress train this plant if I am able too.I am not really sure when to start, does the plant look old enough to begin introducing this technique? General LST questions (how am I doing?)Should I be constantly changing the direction of the tie down on my main stem during LST or should I just be tying down new growth on bud sites? should I defoliate or use thinner ties (Using rubber coated wire) and should I let small growth grow up first or tie it down ASAP?

Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

Low stress training. To undo and redo or leave them as is. That the question :PAnother one related to my lst.
So i got the hang of doing lst. I started off really early with all on the lst. The plant is fairly close to the ground. Can I undo the lst and let them grow a bit tall and then re do the lst later? Or leave it as it is and let them grow as is?
