You can start as soon as you want the better , molding the stem in a desired shape is always done better sooner than later , you can check in my diary I've used all the techniques, and started week 2 .Good luck LST'ing

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training.
