Yes, a deficiency of trace elements, of which one is iron. Easily solved with a couple of applications of a soluble trace element supplement, available from any garden centre. Follow the instructions and be patient, you can't fix this instantly by giving heaps! I would lay off the nitrogen though, you are on the edge of nitrogen toxicity judging by the colour of the very dark green leaves and the first signs of "clawing".

@Organoman spotted something I did not... the clawing! He's absolutely correct in saying you want to stay away from the nitrogen! But I had another thought here... you could try some foliar spray - might help get the iron into her faster... https://www.amazon.com/Southern-Ag-Chelated-Liquid-Deficiency/dp/B00A528VOK/ref=asc_df_B00A528VOK/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167118301188&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12756248697957776622&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9002619&hvtargid=pla-311696390071&th=1

This is an iron deficiency... and the cause is usually a PH issue.... if your PH is not between 6.0 and 6.5, you need to do a flush and add an iron supplement at the end... I would get the PH down to a maximum of 6.2 honestly... After your flush, you can also add a SMALL dose of nitrogen to help it out but definitely add the iron supplement. Good luck...
