I have similiar leaves, or leaves that lack whole "fingers" in all my grows, and it looks like whatever causes it, happens during early development of the leaf, might be burn, some tiny bug, or just genetics, but nothing to worry about if your plant is healthy otherwise.

That happens when too close to lights. Oversaturated possibly too hot when lights on. Optimal photosynthesis occurs at leaf surface temp of 86 anything over will effect growth.

They might have been ripped by something, if the new growth is healthy, I wouldn't worry. 😄

Looks chewed. I think you got some critters or a critter snacking on your leaves. Start looking all over, and under all leaves etc. Identify and treat.
