Hi thses guys looking like Springtails, they eat dead organic material. To get rid of them you can set some Predatormaites like Hypoaspis miles or Hypoaspis aculeifer. You can drown them ( taking the hole plant into a bucket) and fill it with water, then they drown in the water You have to transplant the plant after to get rid of all of them...... So its good that yo are still in vegetation satge, I think your Plant can handle it to get 30 mins her roots under water. But i would order some predator mites too

Just watched a few videos on termites and I would say they look the same, not full adults but small termites

Possibly fungus gnat larvae, that would be most common... The movements of the bugs in the video almost look like termites to me but it’s hard to tell unless you have a close up photo of one of the bugs. I hope it’s not termites! A good way to get a picture is by picking one of the bugs up and placing it in some rubbing alcohol. It kills the bug without damaging the body so you can get a picture without it moving. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/fungus-gnats

springtails.I get too many of them in every pack of plagron cocos premium. they do no harm to my plants. on the contrary,I think they are beneficial. They seem to be getting to the surface right after watering.I dont see the need of killing them. They'll get lost after a point I guess, that's what happening to me as well.

@Djiny hi mate I think they are gnats but whatever they are you can deter them by using Diatomaceous Earth on the soil
