First signs started to show begining of week 11
HPS 250W, 90x60x180 (3'x2'x6'), extractor 220m³/h, 20W oscilating fan between bulb and plant tops

I finally opted for:
- Reflector XTRA-COOL V2 125MM glass ventilated type cooltube
- PLATINIUM Nutrients - Box of 60 CO2 TABS tablets
as first solutions to deal with heatstress, but cool tube was a real waste of money only improved heat issue from 1° to 2°C wich is not enough so few week later finally invested in some SpiderFarmer SF2000 200W to replace the HPS wich solved my issue with heat.
Temperature with led tent closed is lower than temperature with hps tent open and the temperature rise drastically with hps tent closed.

Thanks for your answer but my tent is not tall enough so i can't move the lamp anymore far the last flowering weeks
i did a lot of research the last two days and found a bunch of solutions that i detailled in the comments section of the diaries week 12
if you have a few time to read the comments section and share your thought that would be great

Them lights get way hot for the value of light emitted,plus the fans probably distributing that heat more than cooling.
One way you can test the heat of HIDs is with the back of your hand. This can help you gauge the right grow light distance. Simply place your hand just over the top of the canopy and hold it there for 30 seconds. Your hand should become hot, but not unbearable. If this happens, increase the grow light distance above the plants.
