What can I do to this plant? I was training it pretty intensely but had to go away and it was all messed up. The middle, main stem is way longer than the rest so Ive been bending it around in a circle to bring it back in. Should I just chop them level and let them grow back?

Is this "Tobacco Mosaic" on my Purple Lemonade Auto?First thought it was some water/light burns or a rust/leaf spot fungus. No other plants have it in the tent so not new light stress etc. Seems like it's a genetic and/or Tobacco Mosaic Disease/Virus?
