Usually a seed has enough nutrients for its first week or 2 of life in itself so I doubt it's a lack of nutrient. If it is than it will generally be lack of nitrogen that causes yellowing. Your light doesnt appear to bright or dim so I would have to assume your looking at over watering ice over feeding. Both very common issues early on. Make sure you are allowing enough time between waterings to mostly dry out. And if you are using nutes start small and slowly increase early on. Other possibility is air humidity. Since the root zone is not well developed in seedlings they require extra humidity so they can take water straight out the air. Lady and soil do look dry in the picture so if you dont have some kind of cover early on it can dry out and give you issues like you have. A damp climate is important for early seedlings.
