I have used a grow mat to get my seedlings to sprout set at 78f. Once sprouted, should I discontinue the heatmat or keeping using it (and if so at what adjusted temp?)

It seems to be good , as long as you have the good humidity range your temps are not too high

Too close to lightI’m on week 2 of flower and I’m about 30cm from light.
