I was wondering if I should defoliation this plant or not. I am growing an auto in the same tent and have another couple weeks before it’s ready to harvest so this plant will be in veg mode for awhile yet. Should I just let this grow and ScrOG it or do some defoliation. Thanks

@Soup_a_loop I would let it grow as naturally as possible Only removing leaves that are Dead , dying or preventing the airflow around budsites

You can top the plant ore fiming the plant that will slower the grow.
Defoliation I would do later in the grow.

You can top her to slow her down and build a shape during the long veg. Defoliation can be done later in veg when you'll need a better light distribution.

actually you can probably do a light lollipopping or defoliation, preferably at least a week before the flip. Hope this helps growmie ! 🚀

Me at this point I would leave her as she is.
I just remove the leaves that prevent the light from penetrating. I will continue the LST and I will combine it with topping and pinching of Apex that will allow you to have a more homogeneous canopy thus a better luminous penetration and consequently a better yield 👍
