You can top the plant ore fiming the plant that will slower the grow. Defoliation I would do later in the grow.

You can top her to slow her down and build a shape during the long veg. Defoliation can be done later in veg when you'll need a better light distribution.

actually you can probably do a light lollipopping or defoliation, preferably at least a week before the flip. Hope this helps growmie ! 🚀
