gently pull apart and see if anythin fuzzy growing at base of those dead sugar leaves... you'll know soon enough.
any sort of yellow or brown discoloration is a sign too. could be white and fuzzy underneath if it is early in proces.s. think it can be grey and mushy later on.

I'm not seeing any bud rot myself... and I JUST had to pitch two plants that had it. No, I think this is simply normal coloring. Wish I could post a picture to let you see the difference! But certainly not ALL your buds would have it.

It looks like a combo of nutrient burn and intense light to me. The super dark glossy leaves show an abundance of nitrogen in the feed.
Bud rot tends to set in when the RH is to high and or little to no airflow, If your diary is correct and its at 50% RH that's not to bad. So hows your airflow over the plants??
If you are monitoring the EC going into the plant I would also look at monitoring the EC of the runoff as well if you have any. Maybe give it a bit more water and check for it. Also PH as well could be a contributing factor here. I try not to mix nutrient brands to much as they can interact with each other in negative ways sometimes.

Pull the leaves, if they come out easy, yeah probably, pull the bud apart and smell if you don't see any mould, it's inside.
Hopefully not as you can't smoke it as it's a bit toxic
