Cut off every rotten buds and throw them away.
For the others, I recommend to do a 2 buckets Bud Washing (Food Grade ~0.05% H₂O₂ solution + water) to prevent infection reaching others during drying.
The two buckets should be between 20 and 22°C (68~72°F), the water slight colder, to prevent the trichomes from falling off. Lay them out in front of a fan for an hour or two to remove the water from the leaves before resuming your usual drying method.
