Like the others have said misting is a great option. Also still container of water under the dome will help keep it high as they are evaporating into the closed environment. Keeping the vest shut on the dome also helps. I don't find seed mats are needed for cannabis and can make things worse. I would try with out them first and see how it goes. I also love to add in some beneficial microbes into the medium to help it have a good defence against pathogenic ones. Good Luck! ***disclaimer, multiple people are answering all questions as there is a contest called GOTM, when a user is selected as the answer they get a point. @DrAnonGreen a regular misting with a spray bottle works pretty well for me just be aware that as soon as they germinate remove the dome because of the risk of damping off of the seedlings

High! Put wet tissue on the bottom of the propigator. This way you use the heat from the propigator to evaporate the water inside the tissue and keep a high and stable high humidity. When the tissue is almost dry just wet it again. Happy Growing! 😋

misting inside.. can help. a little water on bottom and a heat mat will do it too... becareful not to overdo it.. i'd wipe it down with some sort of sterlizer every 2-3 days if leaving standing water at bottom, though. assuming some sort of nesting tray like normal... easy to pull out, scub'er down and move on.
