In my experience purpleing can be caused by a few factors, One being fading at the end of the plants life and another being temps that are getting to 10c or below in the evening time, some also just get more purple like my Dinamed CBD diary. The cold is causing the cells to breakdown in the leaves and appear purple from the process.
The red stems are also caused by LED lights as well as stressors and natural pigmentation on some strains.
Leaf wilt can also happening from overwatering of the plants. As of now they look good to me.
Defently want to invest into a TDS Pen to monitor your feeding solution concentration, this will help avoid overfeeding and potential lockouts from it.
Best Of Luck!
