Should i LST or not?

Heck yeah! There's mainlining, which is a good form of LST. Check it out if you haven't heard about it. You can also use a trellis to help you LST. you can totally LST the plants. I tent to wait till they are about 3-5 weeks old before doing anything to big but start slow and keep it gentle and even. Don't want to stress them to much as they are autos and when an auto gets unhappy they enter early flower. LST always helps plants develop larger buds by allowing light to get into the lower bud sites.... LST away and know you're only going to get a larger yield because of your efforts! Good luck!
