Toping vs tucking the top down

This is my first time not toping my plant and am focusing on LST in by just tucking the top under my screen. Has anyone else done this and what were your results.

I personally don't top, but I do know that tucking them under the screen( LST or Scrog) is what everyone does when doing training techniques, it works great to create a wide canopy without causing stress to the plant. So your perfectly fine tucking the leaves under the screen.

LST/Topping for autoflowers?Growing an afghan kush auto and a skunk villain auto (both 5 gal pots) in a snug 2.5 x 2.5. What about poneytailing leaves for better sun penetration instead of trimming them ? (kinky post)It probably exists but I've never seen it. I poneytailed leaves instead of defoliating them, since it's their ultimate food suppply. Mostly the big ones not near the buds, can I do that on the main bud leaves ? Anyone uses this technique ? Is that a bad idea ? Did I over do it ?

Too close to light I’m on week 2 of flower and I’m about 30cm from light. I can’t move the light any further up because of carbon filter am I better moving filter to higher light or start training top to the side I’ll gain about 25cm but how do I stop it getting taller this was taken 2 days ago

they stared to flower and bud later then I thought so because I think it was the new light that I got for them wasn't to sure to adjust the dimmer settings too, finely got it dialed in, I think so. other then they stared late they are looking good. I see potential them. 👊👍
