She may be more susceptible to the light hitting the roots through the cup. Better to use a red cup or put some tape around the clear cups next time. Or better yet, just plant them into their final home right away.

Over feeding and living in tiny cups. All plants are individuals and will require their own treatment, unfortunately you can't just give everything the same and hope everything will be ok.

I would rather bet on genetic errors. since the leaves look really strange on one of them, the growth also indicates this. then you haven't done anything wrong. nothing can be done about genetics.

The one in rough shape appears to have some genetic issues IMO. Not likely something you did wrong. This is becoming pretty common with shitty breeding practices being the norm for most companies

So the upper lady has tolerated the treatment quite well. The lower one, as far as can be seen in the (unfortunately somewhat blurry) pictures, has several issues. The curled leaf edges indicate heat stress. Both plants show signs of that. Additionally, the leaves of the problematic lady are curling in, forming claw-like shapes. That's a clear sign of a nitrogen excess. Even though they are the same strain, both are the same age, etc., they are two completely different plants with individual needs. Since they are not clones. One can handle a bit more, the other less.
