LST

LST can be done at any stage of a grow (well, I wouldn't do it to seedlings necessarily!)... but I've had to do it pretty much all the way up to harvest on one of my grows as the plants were wanting to grow through the roof of the tent... LST - low stress training - is just that, LOW STRESS - if you feel a bit of LST will help get more light to the underneath or, as in my case, keep it from growing too tall (maybe you need to hide it from neighbors!) and you have room to do it, do it! It doesn't do any harm at all. Good luck!
