Anyone have any suggestions? Do you think the lights I have is enough for 3 medium size plants? I have 2 300watt cob lights, and an atshark 1000watt led. The flower looks good for only week4 of flower

3000 watt power useThis is my first time using such a powerful light in my opinion, 3000 watts seems overkill but that's what i want. Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.
