First off chick the plants showing nannas, second clean down the grow area with 10% bleach to water ratio to eliminate any potential pollen floating around. I would even consider about spaying the existing good plant down with water which will immobilise any pollen right before lights out as otherwise the water droplets can magnify the light burning the plant.

I know its mental no male parts anywhere but they have nanans and I opened a bud and immature seeds so I scrap them 5 tomz and clean and start over luckily I have 3 areas so I'm hoping that the other flowering area is fine and I have cuttings in 3rd area so fingers crossed I'm safe and its not full loss this time

Wow you have had really bad luck with herm. You should already know it depends if the pollen has spread to the other plant. One easy tell is the white hairs quickly turn brown early.
