As someone who has dealt with more bud rot this year than the numbers of M&Ms required to fill a bathtub, I can tell you with certainty that simply moving them inside will not help avoid more. Once those spores have descended, they will continue to attack your plant and you will find new evidence of it on a daily basis - and you SHOULD be examining every single bud every single day. I finally decided to chop one of my plants early because I couldn't keep up - tossed the small buds that had visual signs of it and took the rest in for trimming... and as I was trimming, found more buds that HAD the rot but it hadn't surfaced yet... so it wasn't visible, if you follow... In all, I lost 10 of my 12 plants this summer ... and they were under cover outside with two fans blowing on them 24/7... It's a nasty, NASTY fungus...
Good luck to you.... hopefully yours are nearly ready for harvest and you can save at least SOME of your grow... but be vigilant when trimming ANY bud ...
