Noticed another brown spot on a bud on my plant, perhaps not coincidentally after a couple days of rain. Bud rot AGAIN?! Can an autoflower in flowering stage get enough sunlight being indoors in front of a window? Worried that this is going to keep happening if I keep it outside.

If it is a window that gets direct sunlight for 6-10 hours straight, possibly. I've never tried it, honestly. You might need to get a full-spectrum LED as some backup light on cloudy/rainy days. But, you can get 50w-100w ones for really cheap these days. Under for a 100w. Good luck!

And you should immediately remove the infected area (flower).

As someone who has dealt with more bud rot this year than the numbers of M&Ms required to fill a bathtub, I can tell you with certainty that simply moving them inside will not help avoid more. Once those spores have descended, they will continue to attack your plant and you will find new evidence of it on a daily basis - and you SHOULD be examining every single bud every single day. I finally decided to chop one of my plants early because I couldn't keep up - tossed the small buds that had visual signs of it and took the rest in for trimming... and as I was trimming, found more buds that HAD the rot but it hadn't surfaced yet... so it wasn't visible, if you follow... In all, I lost 10 of my 12 plants this summer ... and they were under cover outside with two fans blowing on them 24/7... It's a nasty, NASTY fungus... Good luck to you.... hopefully yours are nearly ready for harvest and you can save at least SOME of your grow... but be vigilant when trimming ANY bud ...

I don't think it would get enough sun inside through a window unless it's like a sunroof or something. But something you can try depending on what kind of pot your using is something I do, I get a 5 gallon bucket lid and cut a hole in the center for my stalk to fit and put a slit from the center hole to the outside and spread it open and slide it over my pot so no rain water gets inand usually after a few days it dries out. Hopefully you understand what I said and it works šŸ¤žšŸ¤ž happy growing āœŒļøšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø
