Should i harvest ?

Put a fan on her if you can. Then you should be able to keep her out a couple more weeks. Just direct the air through the canopy. Could cut now but might lose out on it being more potent or bulking up a little

If you found mold you should be cut everything down, you never know if other parts are affected until too late

If you've found mold on one bud, chances are there's going to be more of it throughout the plant. If the trichs are anywhere near ready, I would advocate chopping in order to save the harvest... If the mold you've found is bud rot (you don't say WHICH mold it is), I can pretty much guaratee you the plant has more of it...
