Left the 12/12 suggetion out. so just summarizing. 12/12 -- 3-ish sq ft 18/6 -- 4.5 -ish sq ft. hang at 18-24" for a board like that most likely best. It will be proportional to hours of light. So, you could give more light by adding hours and potentially increase area of coverage that produces decent buds.

if it's within the return policy, take it back. Unless personal contexts dictate it is you best option, but this is not a good option in 2022. The blurple light spectrum isn't optimal, either. On ebay i see it is 170 uros. That's way too much for the technology in this light. I am not trying to be mean. If it makes you feel better, i bought some really shitty cob led off amazon for about 100-120usd a pop when I first started. They will grow weed fine, but you will spend 150% in electricity bills relative to yield. This is not a huge deal when talking about 180w. Learning to grow under this would still be very useful knowledge. Figure bout 50w/sq ft for 12/12 schedule at best. So, little over 3sq ft of solid coverage. Figure 35-40w/sq ft for 18+ hours of light for autoflowers or for vege-only area. Raise Light to cover these suggested footprints with aid of a lux meter app on phone. Probably 18-24" from canopy
