Either stress or genetics. Sometimes even in feminized you sometimes get a hermie, and with enough stress any plant can hermie. Some strains are also more prone to this than others. However as your diary is missing info from previous weeks it's hard to tell what went on and also without a picture can't confirm if it really is hermied. Quite many people mistake individual callyxes for balls/nanners so I would recommend googling more references or posting more pics to make sure it really has hermied. Also if you have just very few of them and they haven't matured yet, you can try carefully just removing them and continuing to check if any more pop up, or if it's just one branch (happened to me once) you can just chop that off and hope that rest of the plant continues on without developing more.

Put pics up of the “balls” in question tho. Far too many ppl mistake a female bract/calyx as a male sac.

Genetics and/or stress. Cannabis has a natural tendency to do this. I would argue a large majority of genetics have the ability to go intersex. It’s just a matter of how easily it’s triggered.. if it’s pure genetics, it will do it regardless. Think of it as a spectrum.

Interesting Question Pal.. I'm sure there'll be a lot of answers on this 1. Mainly, it is just bad luck from what I've read. But they can be brought on by stress. But, if they are brought on by stress alone. Most likely, it has a natural high chance of hermies pal. Most will say avoid this and that. But, generally I think if a pheno hermies it might be brought on my stress but it has hemie traits in said pheno. That's my take on it anyways. I havent had 1 yet, (touch bud) but I am coming into pre flower on 7 fems, so, chances are maybe 1-10 or thereabouts 1 might hermie.. and if so, 80% of the time that plant will just hermie once, unless its stressed that'll possibly bring out more. But again, just conjecture. But as I said. If you get a hemie don't throw the whole plant away. Try save her as you might get just 1, and by cutting it off. You can save the plant. But if she herms at 2-3 points during the flip. Then rid yourself of her. But again. It's rare. Good luck.
