I don't know the solution, but even though the pic is fuzzy, I can see an eye and some legs, that is definitely a thrip. If you Google Image that, you'll see right away that's what it is.

I would increase air circulation. If the adult stage of whatever pest if its flies won't be able to fly in a current and a light dusting around the soil with diatomaceous earth should kill any larvae and eggs just make sure the diatomaceous earth is food grade. Pet stores carry it.

At this point you can add some ladybugs if you are able to get them, if not then not much to do this late in the game. After you harvest you can do a bud wash on them to get rid of all the insects. If done correctly it won't have any noticable effect on your end product. With that being said if you just have a couple bugs, then it isn't anything to stress over. Good luck!

Ok, lets see, this is ONE Bug on a bigass Hempplant... I wont worry at all. if you grow outdoors you have thousands of bugs in your weed. In this stage of grow some bugs dont harm anyone. But for your next grow, go and clean up very good your growenvoirement. My soil is a compostsoil and full with larvaes of Rosebugs. I just let them be because they dont harm the roots or the plant, and someday they fly aound, then iam taking them outside. But thats nature, they likely live in that place.

Last year I found one bug similar to yours on a bud, but it was dead white. Probably OD-ed on trichomes :) Tbh, I haven't seen any bugs that walk on trichomes and lives. They get stuck on trichomes and die. Eventually. Use tweezers and pluck those pesky bugs one by one. Nothing to panic about.

@Budcrack Its the larvae of something? not sure what maybe gnat? Don't use any chemical or sprays Maybe shake the shit out of the buds without breaking them could work What you really need is some predator bugs that will eat them
