Yes, your plant has primordia/pre-flowers but will still grow for another 2 weeks or so before switching to proper flower growth.
Removing healthy green leaves just reduces your plants capacity to make energy, thereby slowing growth and possibly leading to smaller growth too.
It is inadvisable to remove leaves from autoflowers since their life span is so short, they need every leaf they have to make energy for growth.
There is no need to flush yet, just give your plant plain water with nothing added for the last 7-10 days before harvest.
At this stage, continue with the "grow" nutrients until small "tufts" of pistils or "budlets" form, before changing to bloom nutrients.
Personally, I like to give "grow" nutrients until the small tufts form, then switch to half strength "grow" nutrients and half strength "bloom" nutrients for 2 weeks or so, before then changing to just using "bloom" nutrients, through to the end of maturation.
