Anyone know what’s causing these dots I could have spilled fertiliser or touched a leaf with it by accident but not sure if this will affect the growth of the plant

HI! So the picture is too bright, I can't tell what's the problem. I think it's one healthy fella. For me, the only problem at this stage is only calcium deficiency. CalMag is the option. Make sure the Ph is right after adding CalMag. Touch it at this stage doesn't affect the plant. Happy Grow!

You want the holes to be the size of about a quarter of an inch to half an inch across. Small holes made with a pointed stick or something similar will be too small. Your plant will be fine, a couple of dots won't affect anything.

@Craiggy420 Yes you'll let it dry out, you also might want to check to see if it has proper drainage, and remember to water only when the soil is dry to the touch, but do not let it get too dry.

It very well could be exactly what you said spilled nutrients, which will do something to the leaf itself but not affect the growth of the whole plant. I would also make sure the plant isn't being overwatered, the soil looks pretty wet, and if it is this could be causing your problem too.
