You've got a calcium deficiency which is the result of a nitrogen toxicity so DON'T go throwing calmag at her... it won't do any good. Your nutes are all wrong for this stage of the plant's life... the Grow nutes need to be cut to about 1/4 of what you're giving her and you should be giving her some nice, juicy bloom nutes...
Since you've got a lockout, you're going to need to do a full flush.... 3x the pot volume of pH'd water through each pot - you say you're growing in a 0.28L pot which doesn't seem right to me but if it is, then go ahead and pour 2 liters of pH'd water through each and let them dry out. When they're dry, you can give them a feed but make it only 0.25ml/L of the BioGrow, 0.5ml/L of the BioBloom and 0.25ml/L of the BioHeaven. Going forward, leave the BioGrow at that level and increase the BioBloom to 1ml/L and bring the BioHeaven back up to 0.5ml/L ...
The leaves that are affected now will not repair themselves so don't expect that... but you shouldn't see the damage spreading after a couple of days... and the leaves should definitely stop drooping a day after you flush if not sooner.
Good luck!
