Hi @Daddylongleggz! Seedlings are looking for more light, and probably a better airflow. Your lamp-to-plant distance is huge, lower the light and see how the plants react after a few hours/days. About the airflow, add a tiny fan blowing a continuous breeze onto the canopy, this will help them to grow strong and healthy 💪 Happy growing!

Just lower the lights. Plants stretch in search of more light. I had the same issue as you and what I did was I LST the plant. From there on plant grew normally. Check out my Honey Cream and you can see what I did.

Look for any labels or stickers on the lights, otherwise you can still get a amp/W meter that you plug on the wall and plug your lights on it, but does it really worth it ? I don’t know, I’ll let you judge ! Seedlings gets looney and start to stretch like magic beans when the wind is missing in your environment, you must add a lil fan to make a gentle airflow on your seedlings since the first day !

When your seedling stretches it's looking for more light. This means you need to lower your grow light. Tall skinny lengthy seedlings are bad. U need to research the model or serial number to figure out watts u need to grow. 30w/50w x square footage of grow area to get decent yield. If you have more questions u can message me.

Hi, your girl has long legs too ( little JOke) . In your next transplant, just dig her deeper. But that should be soon before she grows more leaves, then she falls down because of the weigh. take the little stem between your first 2 fingers and shake her softly. so the stem is fatting up. give her more airflow( shaking stem) and go much closer with your light. i would say something between 15 and 20 cm . so get a bigger pot, dig her deeper, shake the stemdaily.. give her airflow and get the lights nearer
