There are a few tells that show that the plant is ready for harvest: the pistils (hairs) retract and turn yellow or red; the calyxes swell (the calyxes looks like little balls on the buds and are where seeds would form should you pollinate the flowers). From your pictures, I would say a week, maybe 2. Of course a jewelers loupe or handheld microscope would be ideal to check thricomes maturity.
