I've fed all my houseplants tap water with a ppm of around 200. Never had any nutrient burn of them. "CalMag deficiency" comes to my mind when I am seeing your pictures (but I'm not 100% sure). But you have a so-called "drawstring issue" on your leaves, that is, they pull to one side, instead of being symmetrical. The progression of such a deficiency is the tacoing (folding up) of the leaves. I would give 50-75 ppm of CalMag in RO water. Good luck, buddy!

Calcium, and potassium is needed. Run your ph 5.8, 5.9. More cushion if it is drifting on you.

You aren't keeping your diary up-to-date so I have no idea what you're feeding her to get the ppm that high - but it's much too high for a plant this age! It should be down between 200 and 300... ease up on her! And keep you diary current... it'll help out when you've got questions/problems... Good luck
