My light I want is a electric sky. I just use these main stream ones because they are free for most part. I just trade diaries or videos of me using it. Can't use the light list as it is ranked here. Has been manipulated by companies giving lights away for grows.

Each light is gonna be different in its own right. Different parts, diodes, drivers, etc. In a plants growing life the light is less intense for vegging. This stimulates growth faster to promote the plant to catch as much light as it can. So if your leaves are praying or perked up as plant is growing then that is your sweet spot. Can only see it on new leaves growing after change. Older leaves won't show it right in my experience. Anyway you light then start to intensity as stretching and flowering goes. To when the light is intense as can get in bulking. Too close to light will burn them obviously. On smaller board led lights I have done about 11 to 16 inches away on heavy flowering. Just depends on the equipment really. Hopefully my rambling helps.

It's hard to recommend a specific light without knowing your country or continent. I would get a modern "white" LED grow light. The blue/purple (burple) lights are old technology and make your plants look almost black which make identifying problems more difficult. The white grow lights are generally more energy efficient and the plants look normal so it's easy to spot diseases and nutrition problems. When shopping I would try to get a light that can provide 35 watts per square foot (about 375 watts per meter2). This will give you the power for maximum production and you can turn the power down or raise the light higher to lower the intensity.
