She is still bulking heavily. She wants lots of potassium. When most the pistols are brown then you have about 2 weeks left For ripening. You got about 30 days left roughly in all.

She's looking for more pk, you can see that by the damaged tips on the sugar leaves. She's still got a few weeks left looking at those white pistils. Be very careful to keep moisture low and airflow strong, you don't want mouldy or dampness to form on those big dense flowers

Just give it time. Some go 100+ days.
Also highly recommend you don’t get it wet - it appears you’ve got some moisture all over in the pics
