While these sorts of things are true, they are a small proportion of the total pie. You will grow weed just fine under a blurple light. The largest factor is providing enough light more so than fretting over spectrum (within scope of normal grow lights that already focus on PAR or red/blue wavelengths). You will not have problems. I grown clones from my first seeds that were intially under less optimal spectrums and then under better diy lights i made... the biggest difference i saw was a saving in watts per sq ft covered. So many other variables at play, and i couldn't see much of a difference in outcome with the clones. Red can make it grow taller. Blue can make it branch out more, but both of those things are relative to any individual plant's genetics which make up 95% of the outcome in this regard. E,g, you can take a lanky plant that doesn't naturally branch out a ton and only give it blue wavelengths.... it won't be much different even if a statistically significant difference does occur... these are small differences that take large samples to discern. worry more about providing as much as the plants can handle per 24 hours. That'll improve results more than fretting about wavelengths. When you buy a new light, that's when you want to get all your ducks in a row on specifications. This is what you got now, and it will work fine as long as it has enough power per sq ft. (power in this context is umol/s of photons produced, not watts) new research shows real benefits from wider than PAR range of wavelengths. Even so, these differences are small even if measurable beyond the static of all the other variables at play.

Its not as simple as just telling us it's a 45w. I have 3 different brands of 100w lights. They range from 880umolj (ppfd) this is what is your lights intensity. So, as it's custom and I can't check for you. If you want to dm the link to your light. Or check where you bought it from. And get the ppfd chart. Like this. I need to see this. https://search.brave.com/images?q=ppfd+chart&source=web&img=6 this type of ppfd would get you through an entire grow. Jst by guessing id say yours in 2/5 of that or around. At max throughout your entire veg. You'll get away with 5-600ppfd just fine pal. Yes, you can use it for whole grow but dot expect much pal. But if you can get yours hands on a light light this. Vipsrspectra p1000 or the spider farmer SF1000 which is 90$ atm. That would for sure get you a decent quality of bud. Again don't expect anything major. But once you get the basic understanding of growing you can grow just as good bud once you have 1000+ppfd. But, you gotta get everything right, or best part. Like, how's your set up and so on. All these details come into play. Nutrient/water/co2 and light create photosynthesis. You need stuff like this dialed in. As you are growing an auto. Your yields will be very small if you keep that but as I said depending on the ppfd chart. And what heights you can set it at to adjust the ppfd. As its only a 45w I suspect it doesn't get that hot. So maybe moving it closer during the actual veg stage to meet the ppfd needed to get you through a good veg before eir flip you can do As its only 1 plant. You can do this without risking a massive drop-off in ppfd to side plants. Feel free to DM if up led any further help. Good luck.

Should be enough until you get them up a few more inches after about 6 inches I would want to have a bigger light source to give it enough through veg to put on some bulk and length, definitely want more for flower
