For photoperiod cannabis it take 4-8 weeks and on autoflowering it take 3-5 weeks. What strain your growing ? Your diary showing that your growing 3 autos and 1 photoperiod cannabis.

Certainly should not be showing pistils on 23 day old photoperiod plants grown from seeds. Photoperiod plants will show pistils around 8 weeks of age (sexual differentation/maturity) even if the lighting schedule hasn't changed and is still over 14 hours of light per day. It is likely that you have all autoflowers, which may not be a bad thing, for if you are only growing in one area, mixing photoperiod and autoflowering plants together is not advisable, as your photoperiod plants won't flower at 18/6 hours and your autos won't produce as much as possible at 12/12.
