Hello! I would like to know if it is worth making an apical cut to the plant and, if so, if I still have time. The plant is located on a balcony facing North-Northeast. Thank you very much!

100% you can top this plant, I have topped many of outdoor plants and many times in a row. it makes them more bushy and compact vs a Christmas tree. If you need any other help reach out via DM "Direct Mailbox" its the little paper airplane logo/tab on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Cheers,

There are many outdoor growers that use topping and other "HST" techniques for many reasons and it is perfectly safe to do so. It is not an "indoor only" technique.

No the shape of the plant is made for catching sunlight. When growing outdoors there is no reason for HST training. You only use HST training indoor to use the space and light more effectively.

Since you are in the southern hemisphere and it is still well before the summer solstice, you can certainly do an apical cut.........your plant will have another 2 months to recover before flowering commences in February, therefore, plenty of time! Giving it an apical cut will limit its vertical height (which may be something to consider on a balcony) and encourage the side branches to grow more, so that you get a more rounded bushy shape, rather than a tall tree.

Hi mate, it is just as they advised you earlier, now it is running towards flowering and by cutting it it would not have time to recover. you would lose the apical, sweet and juicy apical. if you need to lower it for discretion reasons and you can't do otherwise, you can try folding it back. it will fit without problems. in the past I remember super cropping of late flowering buds that had touched the lamps in the box and they didn't fit...they adapted far beyond expectations.

If your using sun light to grow that plant. Don’t do anymore training or cutting. It’s going to flower soon most likely if it’s not already and you don’t want to stress the plant out to much in flowering or while transitioning to flowering in my personal opinion. If you could keep it in vegetation for longer then I would recommend doing training and growing her bigger.

You have already started to flower so I would recommend not doing the cut. She does not look very dense so I would say no training is needed this late in the game. Outdoor sunlight will easly provide the whole plant with sufficient enough light. Happy Growing

follows from the fact that you are limited in time and soon the cold can interfere with the development of the plant. I wouldn't recommend cutting off the top. this will also have a negative effect on the yield. I would suggest using the supercropping method. just google it and find out how to do it. if you do not dare to take such a step, then you can simply tilt the plant to the side and tie it. or tilt the pot itself horizontally.
