Do you always use high stress training techniques, if so when do you implement them and which do you recommend and why?

I like to use HST on my photoperiod plants. my fav is topping but I almost always combine it with a bit of LST as well. You can do this after the plant is finished growing for the first few weeks and has a bunch of mature leaves. Good Luck!

No really with autos no. You can, tbh I've done it. Hmmm. You need a slow pre flower and long flower. Autos move to quick. I haven't found there to be any huge benefits, no in autos

I always top my, asap, often on w2. sometimes plant is too bushy, and I cuta lot of weak branches. If they went long a break them. Several times I broke fragile stems totally and have to roll it with the tape. It always grafts back!
