So I’m pretty new to growing my own Maryjane, is flowering for around the 8 week mark for an indica the average time? My girls have been flowring since the 10th august
I know there are white hairs still I’m approximately giving myself another 10-14 days before harvest

After years of experience, you harvest when 70%-80% of the white hairs turned brown. There are always about 20% of new pistils growing, trying to get some pollen.

observe:
trichomes with 30x magnification
pistil coloration
density of buds
this will keep you consistent by using more than 1 metric. with consistency you can experiment with early-to-late window harvest and decide what you prefer.

Drying - I've tried it all!Drying, I cut each stem, hang from net, no fans on just extraction on timer every 2 hours for 30 mins. Temps held solid between 18-19 degrees and minimal trim removed beforehand. I can still notice the smell fading and a hay like one taking over. Does anyone have any advice?Week 11

What’s up guys just harvested my gelato! My dry room sits at 20-25c and 40-55%. I’ve cut all big fan leaves off and hung it all up. In two days I plan to completely trim and then re hang to finish drying. Does that sound like a good idea? Any tips are appreciated. Many thanks!Week 14

Bud rot harvest?Bud rot or normal purpling underneath? First grow and harvest and found some purple when cutting off the fan leaves before hanging to dry (going to dry trim). Anything I should be looking for in particular. I don't see any other signs of mold.
