check you spam folder? go into your account settings an dmake sure email is spelled right...
you can contact supoprt, lol.. there are links you can find while searching a finite space that is a web page.

What stage are my trichromes in? (see diary for photo's)Pistils are mainly brown, but judging from my photo's I'd say the trichromes are still transparent to maybe slightly milky? The pictures from my phone aren't perfectly sharp though, and it's my first growth as well, so I'm not really sure. Could anyone with a trained eye tell?5y ago

Harvest autoflower so soon?Auto Gelato from Ganja Farmer. Its day 58 and the trichomes are cloudy and the pistils are red/orange. The buds are beautiful and fragrant but still pretty small.
