It's basically telling you how to do direct into substrate germination.
Personally I do use heat mats for germinating my seeds, I am extremely pleased with the results since I started using them and so I intend to continue doing so.

I've always gone from root cube directly to 3-gallon pots. I can't compare the difference with transplanting from solo cups because I don't have any experience. Have any of you found a significant advantage to adding an extra transplant? I figure 3-gallon pots aren't THAT big.Roots. Other

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? PH too high?My runoff has way higher pH than the water I fed the plants to. About 1.0 diference (5.6 in, 6.6 out). I'm only feeding a little cal mag and rhizotonic... should I do something diferent or wait for a few more feeds and see if something changes? Thanks guys!Germination. Substrate
