Wenn ich das Licht von Wachstumsphase auf Blütephase umstelle, z.b. von 06.00-24.00 Uhr auf 06.00-18.00 Uhr, kann ich dann auch das Licht so hier umstellen, von z.B. 06.00-24.00 Uhr auf 07.00-19.00 Uhr ?

As long as you are getting 12 hours of dark for flower it doesn't matter what time of day it is happening. Since your plants only know the time of day based on your light cycle.
Personally I run my lights during night time to help with temperature. 7pm-7am for flower
7pm-1pm for veg
That said, I could flower 8pm-8am(2000-0800), 9am-9pm (0900-2100) and it would make no difference, as long as it gets its 12 hours of dark for flower.

I have huge problem with judging trichs.I have 4 plants, 2 chopped now, 1 just in time, second too late. Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip?
