I have seen negative effects from just 10mL of IPA added to a gallon (3700mL) water just as a surfactant to get nutes to dissolve better, and since I have always calculated expected PPM and tested to make sure when I am using stuff like that. Even though IPA isn't organic, (vinegar is), using 10mL in 3700mL gives ~0.2-0.3%, aka 2000-3000 PPM (This is high enough to be concerning to me). Using the same calculations (250mL in 1250mL total solution), gives 20% or 200,000 ppm vinegar, which is outrageously high. Try to get an electronic TDS/EC meter and a PH meter, flush the hell out of that soil with distilled water, and don't let that happen again. I am honestly surprised this plant is even still alive after a dose like that... what a beautiful strong plant mother nature has given us. Hope this helps, Good luck.
