Looking up the buds to understand if it's time to harvest or if i should wait a bit more i noticed these "strings" or webs in the trichomes does anyone ever experienced this? Any explanation? Could it be stress related?
Mira de cerca tu planta para ver si hay algun insecto. Si no hay nada, no hay de que preocuparse ya que estas muy cerca de la cosecha. Esto no tiene nada que ver con el estres. Suerte.
Just 1 thing i also stopped on your diary
And from looking at old growth. You can see you ran into some issues with lockout or whatever.
Ph for soil should be aimed for 6.5 ranges are 6.2-6.7. If you can get this on your next grow. You'll find it'll be much more trouble free.
Have you a pet. Is it dusty. They don't look like webs to me. If they were inbeded that deep into your trichs.
You'd of seen them by now. And generally mites don't tend to make a web when they have full surface to walk on.
I wouldn't worry too much about it pal.
From looking at your pics. If
I'd say you are entering the ripening phase.
Dim your light to 80% to protect those trichones as the hard work is done. The buds are made. Now it's time to get the best resin/trichome product as possible..
So less light i would suggest. And make it so that your lights go off on the coldest part of your night. You'll help with the ripen and if your one of terps. Id apply this.
Good luck
Spider mites most probably.
Nothing to do with stress and trichomes don't melt and go stringly like mozerella cheese either!
Seeing as how you are so close to harvest, I wouldn't worry about treatment, your plants will mature and finish just fine.
Looks like a couple trycombs touches and stretched out and they left a sticky little web maybe from the movement of the fan, but I would look around for bugs and if ya don't find any then I would assume they're fine...But I does look like the tips touched and stretched out
I definitely don't think it's from stress. Trichs don't produce webs. It's either from bugs or possibly some foreign hairs that got caught on trichs. I'd look over her really closely to look for bugs.
