There’s plenty of air flow and light penetration. I wouldn’t stress her out. I think they could use those leaves for energy

With that amount of foliage I personally wouldn't. Doesn't seem like much light is being blocked, seems like you could get sufficient air flow, and if you take too much off you won't have anything left to catch light and create energy.

"Semi Main-Lining": Should I clean up the lower small grows on my 4 main branches?I am trying a (wrong) "semi"-mainlining...
TL;DR (my Diary)
1. Trained plant into a spiral
2. Got high, topped it
3. Cleaned 2 grows/nodes per branch
4. Bent main stem to grow horizontal = 2 lower & 2 upper branches
Should I clean 1-2 more nodes before flipping to 12/12Week 6

He visto un vídeo donde hablan de defoliación y poda de bajo luego de pasar las plantas a 12/12, he leido que una vez se coloca las plantas a florecer nono debería; ahora mismo tengo unas plantas que llevan 5 días que las pase a 12/12 y tengo debajo de la malla unas ramas que no llevan luz y en la parte de arriba unas hojas muy grandes que paran el paso de la luz, puedo defoliar y hacer poda de bajos al 7mo dia?Other. Flower stretch...top or tuck the super strechers?Should i tuck all the tops that popped up over night? As you see my trellis is right about even with tops in my most recent pic, i swear these bitches grew 4..5 inches over night .
