IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

Light scheduleI am doing an outdoor grow and also have a grow room set up for germination. Outside is only getting about 14 hours of light, is it beneficial to bring my girls in under my LED's for 4 hours to make sure they're getting a full 18 hours of light? then bring them back outsideSetup. Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Autoflower 24hrs of light?AUTOFLOWER - I checked on my seedlings this morning, and the temp in the tent dropped to 9 degrees celsius during the night. My light puts off a bit of heat. Am I better to run the light 24hrs and maintain a warmer temp, or give them a few hrs of darkness and risk dropping temp?6y ago

How many plants in a 70x70x160cm tent with 100W?Hello, I have a grow tent kit 2x2 with a 100W 301H EVO Spider Farmer light. I have put there three 11L pots. light on humidifier :(okay I think I might have fucked up (lol). I bought a new humidifier. And I didn’t realize it has a light in it. And i run it in the ten over the whole night.
