IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

NEED SOME ADVICE! Change to LED from HPS? which ones are good for tent size? Which ones are good for good yields?I've got a 4x4 tent with 8 seedlings in cups but will be in 11L pots.
Currently I had a 600w HPS light but my ballast busted today.
I have a back up CFL 150W not to mess up the light schedule.
Thinking about changing to LED lights, I know it'll be cheaper but I want same yield...Setup. Lighting

Guys, i am a little bit confused I put some Car shades to my grow room, Are they Flammable? Dont wanna take any risks was gonna use Emergency Blanket but was too annoying to do. I have been told its good reflactor but wanted to be sure This is my setup atm. Plenty more to do.Setup. Lighting

Is it worth adding a LED 18w 2700k strip light for last few weeks of flower?Should I add this light for the last few weeks of flower? I have a Streetlight 18w LED strip see pics.
