IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

GTMAR 1000watt full spectrum lightI bought a gtmar full spectrum 1000 watt light off amazon, does it really put off 1000watts?? My 4 plants look great except I can tell that some of the under foliage isn’t quite getting enough light, I’m doing some LST.

Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stageI now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.
