IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. Does anyone use regular Led lights?I have my 2 tangies growing one in soil and one hydro. I decided to try LED, lights 14.5 watts (2), a large plant grow light 8 actual watts (1), and a true day 9 actual watt. Has anyone else had success with these lights?

Viparspectra p1500 flower?Anyone use a viparspectra p1500 during flowering? Got this as a cheap intro led and I feel like the plants stay in cottonball phase of flower...brought one outside and now its loaded with buds. How far does my LED light need to beCurrently growing Easy Bud Auto she's just over
4 weeks old my LED light is 300w and is currently 16inches
from the canopy is this to far away???
i'm also growing in a 7.5 litre pot is this pot sufficient???
as Easy Bud Auto only reaches heights of 50-60cm indoors

Lighting cycle for VEG stage. Is 24x7 OK?Hi,
Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Right lighting at day 6 - fluo or HI as both availableRight lighting at day 6? Very happy that all germination looking good on day 6 from seed.
