IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

I’ve got 3 separate lights, but only running one at this moment . I tried all three just before and noticed a increase of smell from my plant.. Good sign bad sign? Noticed this in even the early stages in the vegetive state, but more concerned flowerin. Cheers communitySetup. Lighting

Firstly, is the reason why my plants (especially cookies) are very slightly curling/folding at the ends of the leaves because the LED is too powerful?(Reason to be worried?)
Secondly, should I start adding nutrients? Just 1/4 of Bio-grow for now?6y ago

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? Auto and regular plants in one box.I got an auto plant in a box, waiting for flowering to start very soon. Light schedule 20/4. Now I planted a new photoperiodic seed in a same box. What should I do, keep the 20/4 light schedule before the auto plant finishes and after change to 18/6? Or change it right now?

Heat / lightYesterday i added a 3rd light and it made a noticeable difference in just a day but my temp is getting up to 86 and humidity is like 43-50 should i try to keep using the light? My leaves didn't droop and the plant looked the same but the leaves were praying way harder ,no droop ?Week 8
