IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

When to flip LED's 'bloom' switch on?When's the best time to flip the 'bloom' switch on my LED with an auto? Should it be at the first sign of pistils or is there a better time to do so? Changing light cycle on seedlings?Can I run autoflower seedlings under 24/0 light cycle until they reach mature veg stage, and then move them into an 18/6 light cycle? When to lower light intensity?When is the right time to lower light intensity? I'm on 5th week of flowering, should I keep my lights on max or reduce the power/increase the distance to plants? I have around 1000W of Led's at 35-60cm distance from the tops. I see no burning/bleaching or anything like that.

Light schedule I am doing an outdoor grow and also have a grow room set up for germination. Outside is only getting about 14 hours of light, is it beneficial to bring my girls in under my LED's for 4 hours to make sure they're getting a full 18 hours of light? then bring them back outside

Beginner Grow – Still Getting Leggy Seedlings? please don't judge. the other plants are for using the electricity more efficient. planning to move o Beginner grower in Germany. Strains: Outdoor Classics. 1st batch (1mo old beginning oudoors then moved inside with lamp) + 2nd batch (2w) stretched. Using Sunlight Stixx 50 at 60% dim, 50cm distance, seedling soil. How can I prevent these light burn issues?It seems these Mars hydro lights are not so great. This is my third grow and having the same issue every time. Red stems where they are exposed to light. Yellowing leaves. But when I move the lights further away, stretching is very bad. Should I just get new light?
