IS IT BETTER TO HAVE THE LIGHT INTENSITY LOWER AND THE LIGHTS LOWER OR HAVE THE INTENSITY AT 100% AND RAISE THE LIGHT?

i would recomend maybe 25% and keep it 12" at seedling to keep from stretching then up it 50-75% @ 18" veg and then crank it to 100% for flower and use the photone app or get a par meter (if you have the money) to check ppfd and adjust height

Will increasing light intensity restart stalled seedlingsSeeking advice from Mars Hydro TS1000 growers. When do you increase light intensity during seedling stage? I've had the light 30cm above the plant at 25% power since germination. The plants stalled 2 weeks ago. Can I get them going again by raising intensity or will I fry them?

Temporary 24 hours darkness, equipment issue.My light ballest has broken tonight, my lights will have been off for 24hours by the time I can replace, the plants are about 2 weeks from harvest, would it damage the plants to start the light cycle (18 on 6 off) tomorrow after having the light off for 24 hours?

Does anyone have experience with colas that have been severely light deprived, yet still have trichs?My ghost nug grew up on the side of the tent blocked from light. She has trichs, looks super light yellow (see pics). My question is, wouldn't this be desirable? Less chlorophyll to wait on before smoking? Has anyone tried to maybe light deprive parts of their colas?

LED LightsAnyone used the Phlizon Cree COB 2000w lights? I’m running two in a 8’x4’ under a scrog net. 5 weeks into veg but nowhere near where they should be. Used only the COBs in veg as some suggested but had to put on full blast today and hope for some speedy growth before I flower them

Electrical power calculationActual power consumption of lights is lower than led manufactorer says. 25 leds of 3W each = 75W plus an internal fan plus some other circuits,Total power should be more than 75W and i calculated 58.3W overall. Vac=220 , I=0.265A Any ideas?
