Everyone responding is spot on - your problems could be lack of drainage, low temperatures and not enough air circulation... Stop watering her altogether - let her dry out completely even if it takes another week ... meanwhile, try to increase the temps in the tent and make sure you've got a fan blowing gently around/through the plant. Once she dries out, if it IS a drainage/lack of aeration issue, one thing you could try is to add about 3tsp of H2O2 per gallon to your water and nute solution everytime you water or feed... this will help get air down to the roots and has the added benefit of killing off any fungus that might be starting to invade your root system.
The only other thing I would HIGHLY recommend you do is to start a diary. It will help us help you far more effectively if we have access to ALL the information about your grow!
Good luck...
