It's so hard to tell from those photos... it's doesn't look too far off, but I'd definitely let is run a bit longer.
How ripe you want it is up to you, but I would personally aim for 0% clear, 80% cloudy, 20% amber. I can't see any amber trichomes in the photos, but they appear to be mostly cloudy (although you'll have a better view of that in your magnifying glass!). Check it every day and chop it when you're happy.

I like 75% red hairs but seeing the trichomes I would do 3-day darkness right before flower to increase resin and trichome on preference

Like Growstick said, it's really a matter of personal preference. I usually chop at the first sight of amber, but would say you have a few more days. Nice looking plant. Enjoy!

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I know the general rule is to allow 2 weeks for them organic amendments to break down, will that deter me from flipping to flower next week or should I wait if so how long?

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
