"Canada has a Strange legislation...." its almost the same as USA lol. Legal country wide based on federal legislation and each province or "state" in usa terms, has their own set of rules for use. Eg, can not carry more then 30gs a time on your person in Ontario, never seen/heard of it being enforced though. The Question of how potent the plant will be is mostly up to the genetics, some aspects will be determined in the growing style and skill of the user. Most breeders are from EU and a lot of strains come out of there because they resell "white label" seeds. or seeds they manufacture for selling to other brands. eg. all of fastbuds products are white label before they slap a brand on them, same with seedsman and royal queen seeds. They all have a nice relationship with the resellers and thus produce good products, where as expert seeds do not and resell anything and everything. Good breeding practices will not allow you to have 100+ strains a year. its just not possible when stabilizing traits and features, gotta grow that shit out and pheno hunt within multiple generations. I don't know of many true breeders in Canada, I have talked to one based out out of Ontario/Montreal however the majority of the seeds they sell are white label but they do have some original genetics they breed in house. America has some good breeders down there. Mephisto and Ethos are two that stand out. and EU has some I like as well like G13 labs. So get in good seeds/clones by reputation vs location alone and you'll do fine. Some of the new weed is to dam strong IMO, I kinda like the chill stuff of the past that made you giggly vs a round trip to the moon. Good Luck On Your Search!
