My tent size is 120x90 (3x4). I use 2x Mars hydro sp250, would you run each at full power (total 460w) or should I dimm them to a total power of 400w (or maybe something else)?
*The question is what is the optimal power for the best results and not about a higher electric bill.*

In your place I will leave the 2 at full power because the led is not greedy in electricity your 2 lamps consume just 0lus a 250 watts hps.
I use myself 2 leds 300w lamps that I leave in 20/4 because I only grow autoflowering. And my bill has not increased very much. I advise you to put them at the height recommended by the manufacturer following the growth phases of your plant (me 90 centimeters growing and 60 in bloom)
That's what I do and I'm very happy with the performance.

basically more light more yield almost everytime, sometimes with the strong leds you need to go up to 60cm up... that's the main problem because of the height of the tent... plan ahead and LST if you're nervous about space
