Can SupperThrive be added to water when using CNS17 as your base nutrient? In week 2? or 3?

Root Knot Nematode? Larvae? I think it killed this seedling.I found some type of critter crawling around what was left of the root of a dead seedling. Which pests do this?Exactly what pest does this kinda damage? I have my guess, but wanna get other growers' opinion on this type of yellowing of leaves and brown spots. 6 weeks into veg. It started very early on at bottom leaves, once I trimmed them this brown spots appeared on top growth.
